Technical notes

One file, zero dependencies, the --vibeui-togglegroup-018-* palette. A server component: plain checkboxes inside the labels hold the state, so the chips work in a form and without any scripting. The group is a fieldset with a legend, and every chip is a label carrying an invisible input type="checkbox", a checkmark and the text. The selected look is assembled by :has(input:checked) selectors: the accent fill, dark text and transform:scale(1.06) on the linear(…) spring curve. The checkmark grows from zero width, so the chip widens along with it. The focus ring comes from :has(input:focus-visible). The theme comes from color-scheme through light-dark(), while the .dark class and data-theme="dark" declare color-scheme:dark.
