Technical notes
One file, zero dependencies, the --vibeui-togglegroup-011-* palette. Client component: useState and a useRef on the list of buttons; the roving tabindex is the same mechanism as in Align Group, only here the arrows move focus horizontally while changing align-items rather than text-align. The card inside the stage has no fixed height, so "stretch" really changes its shape rather than merely moving it.
