Technical notes
One file, zero dependencies, the --vibeui-togglegroup-013-* palette. Client component: useState and a useRef on the list of buttons. The vertical layout is not merely a rotated horizontal one: the buttons run in a column across the full panel width, and each has a dot indicator, a title and a short note, so the list stays readable without icons. The up and down arrows move the roving tabindex, Home and End go to the ends of the list.
