A fashion and product-design header: a widely tracked wordmark strictly centred, two groups of uppercase links at the edges, a cart with a counter. The tracking opens on hover and a hairline grows from the centre of each link. Light and black versions.

Technical notes
One file, zero dependencies, a client component. Premium here comes from proportion and restraint, not decoration: the links have neither fills nor borders — only a hairline growing from the centre on hover — and the wordmark's tracking opens slightly. A three-column grid keeps the mark strictly centred regardless of how long the side groups are. In a narrow column the mark stays centred and the links move into a sheet on an opaque surface; the sheet closes on Escape and on an outside click. Palette --vibeui-navbar-015-*.
