Editorial Masthead Navbar
A newspaper masthead: a large serif wordmark in the centre, a quiet line with the date, issue and subscription above, a row of sections between rules below. A glider travels under the sections. A white paper composition.
What you can change
- brand — the publication name; dateline and issue — the service line
- sections — the sections; subscribeLabel and subscribeHref — the subscription
- accent — the color of the subscribe button and the active section

Technical notes
One file, zero dependencies, a client component. The wordmark is set in a serif not for looks: a newspaper masthead is recognised precisely by that contrast between a serif name and the dry interface sans of the sections. The mark scales from the block's width via clamp with cqi and is never clipped. The active-section glider is positioned from offsetLeft/offsetWidth and follows cursor and focus; until the JS is ready the section keeps a static underline. Accent works as a dose: the subscribe button and the glider, everything else is black on white. Palette --vibeui-navbar-012-*.
