Technical notes
The component is self-contained: one file, zero dependencies, its own palette in the local --vibeui-otp-009-* variables. Client component. The alphabet drops the characters that get confused over the phone: «I» and «L» look like a one, «O» like a zero, «U» like a «V». Excluded characters are not rejected but folded into what the person meant. The case is raised in both markup and parsing, and the group separator is drawn rather than typed, so it never reaches the clipboard.
