Technical notes
The component is self-contained: one file, zero dependencies, its own palette in the local --vibeui-otp-008-* variables. Client component. The check starts on the last digit and keeps the cells locked while it runs; the answer lands in the same line and is announced through aria-live. An error does not wipe what was typed — one digit gets fixed, not the whole code. The spinner turns only during the check and freezes when motion is reduced.
