Technical notes
The block is self-contained: one file, no dependencies, its own palette in local variables --vibeui-testimonials-014-*. A server component. The poster is a 16:9 panel with a gradient of warm dark accent tones, an accent play button and a caption with the duration; the whole panel is decorative and aria-hidden, because a non-working real button would betray the keyboard and the screen reader. Beside it is the transcript: a figure with the quote and the author under a "Transcript" label. At wide widths the poster and the text sit in 7:5 columns; at narrow ones they stack.
