Technical notes
The block is self-contained: one file, no dependencies, its own palette in local variables --vibeui-testimonials-007-*. A server component; the motion is pure CSS. Each marquee track holds two copies of the row (the second is aria-hidden) and animates translateX(-50%): as the first copy leaves, the second takes its place, so the loop is seamless. The rows run toward each other at different speeds, hovering pauses the animation, mask gradients dissolve the edges, and prefers-reduced-motion stops the marquees entirely.
