For developers
The install command lives in the “Component source” block below — a signed link that stays valid for 24 hours.
Technical notes
The component is self-contained: one file, no dependencies, its own palette in local variables --vibeui-tooltip-010-*. It is a server component: the tooltip rests on :hover and :focus-within of the item rather than of the whole panel. A menu item already shows the action caption as text, so the tooltip does not repeat it — it carries only the shortcut chip in a monospaced face. The tooltip opens to the right of the item rather than upwards, because the menu is built as a vertical list.
