Technical notes
The component is self-contained: one file, no dependencies, its own palette in the local --vibeui-pagination-016-* variables. Client component: "use client" for the current page. The page number is picked from a native <select> listing every page — unlike pagination-008 there is no text field, no form submit and no range check: the list only ever contains existing numbers. The select brings keyboard control, jump-to-digit search and a mobile picker wheel with no extra code. The edge arrows disable themselves on the first and last page.
