Technical notes
The component is self-contained: one file, no dependencies, its own palette in the local --vibeui-item-012-* variables. Server component: no hooks. The unread state arrives through the unread prop and lands in data-unread on the root; three rules depend on it at once — the visibility of the dot, the font weight of the title and a light tint of the row. The dot is marked aria-hidden, because it duplicates the meaning: the real signal for a screen reader is the hidden "Unread" text before the title, which exists in the markup only in the unread state.
