Technical notes
The component is self-contained: one file, no dependencies, its own palette in local variables --vibeui-input-025-*. A client component: "use client". The checksum is computed by the official formula of the Russian tax service separately for 10 and 12 digits — each length has its own set of weight coefficients, and the computation runs over an array of digits rather than string arithmetic. The badge next to the label shows the type (company or individual) from the input length, and a check or a cross inside the frame doubles the state visually.
