For developers
The install command lives in the “Component source” block below — a signed link that stays valid for 24 hours.
Technical notes
The component is client-side: useState keeps the selected role and a submitted flag. The roles are a radio group in a fieldset with a legend, and every option has its own caption and explanation. After submit the form is hidden and a confirmation with a checkmark takes its place — clicking "Request" a second time is no longer possible. The padlock is an inline svg.
