Menu That Becomes a Sheet
One menu in two layouts: a list by the button on a wide screen, and on a narrow one the same list slides up from the bottom full width, with large tap targets and a heading.
What you can change
- the button label through trigger and the sheet heading through title
- the list through items: label, hint, href and danger on each entry
- the layout threshold — the 30rem value in the @media rule

Technical notes
One file, zero dependencies, the --vibeui-dropdown-020-* palette. A server component: @media switches the layout by width rather than JS — one markup, one state. On a wide screen it is a popover with anchor positioning; below 30rem the same popover changes its inset, width and radii and turns into a bottom sheet: a grip bar, a section heading, items 2.875rem tall with divider lines. The sheet's bottom padding accounts for env(safe-area-inset-bottom). Its height is capped at 80svb with its own scrolling. The grip and heading are hidden with display:none on a wide screen.
