Emergency “Urgent” button with a “what to do now” panel
A pill fixed in the corner with a pulse, a phone number and a ringing handset. On click it expands into a panel: a large phone link, a first-steps checklist whose ticks strike items through, an address and a note. Esc closes it. With fixed=false it sits in the flow — for the catalogue and previews.

- fixed (true — screen corner, false — in flow)
