Technical notes
The block is self-contained: one file, no dependencies, its palette in local --vibeui-subscribe-005-* variables. A client component: submit is stubbed out, aria-live shows a success line. The avatar stack is built from the initials of names (readers): no photos needed — stock faces destroy trust. Each avatar gets its own tint from the single accent via color-mix and a ring in the surface colour that cuts the stack into separate heads. The count is set in tabular-nums and coloured with the accent. The layout follows the block's own width, the theme comes via light-dark().
