Instrument panel: SVG arcs and figures that count up in the viewport
Hardware specs as an instrument panel: a dark slab with a status line and four 270° arc gauges (SVG stroke-dasharray, fill via a stroke-dashoffset transition). Big figures inside the arcs count up from zero with ease-out when the panel enters the viewport, and under each one sits the previous version's value and the delta in percent.
