Work stages as a Gantt chart with a marker that rides along on scroll

Renovation stages as a Gantt chart on a sticky scene: the section is taller than the screen, inside it a sticky panel with stage bars by week. While the page scrolls through the section, a “you are here · week N” marker rides along the axis, bars fill with the accent exactly to the elapsed share, the current stage reveals its description and crew in a card on the right, finished ones get a check mark. Progress is computed from the section's position in a scroll handler.
