API status board: regions with lamps, live p50 and 24-hour sparklines
A service status board with no backend: a pulsing summary lamp and an “updated” clock ticking every second via useSyncExternalStore (a dash on the server, no hydration mismatch); four region cards — a lamp, 30-day uptime, live p50 and p99, a 24-hour latency sparkline that draws itself on entering the viewport. Values derive from the current hour with deterministic noise. A 90-day history strip at the bottom with degraded days in amber.
